I had an appointment with Dr. Badalov in the Massapequa office for the first time. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this was my first visit with this group and it’s not always easy to find a good Doctor. A lot of places you might like the Dr but the staff not so much or the staff may be great but the Dr isn’t great. Well this office was amazing!! From the person who made my appointment to the front desk, to the one who comes in and takes your vitals and gets your back ground info before the Dr. comes in, to the Dr himself. Every person working in that office was very warm, welcoming & caring. I never felt rushed at any point. Everyone I spoke to took their time to explain everything, even what tests I would need & how to prepare for them. They answered any question I had and made sure I understood everything before I left the office. I highly recommend Digestive Disease care for anyone looking for a Gastroenterologist, I feel so greatful to have found them!
